Shipping Policy
The Shopper Saga partners with major international shipping companies, including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver orders directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled to help prevent credit card fraud.
Shipping Process
We require 2-3 business days on average to fulfill orders and transport them to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, particularly around major holidays (up to 5 days) or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock issues.
Once your order has entered the shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address updates, and orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship orders only on business days and do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to the locations of our manufacturing partners.
### Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some shipping companies, tracking updates may take several days. If your order was placed more than five business days ago and you have not received tracking information, please contact us.
### Deliveries
Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping times:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Shopper Saga cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may extend delivery times.
### Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and The Shopper Saga has no control over these charges. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.
Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if you have any questions.
### Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
The Shopper Saga is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the relevant shipping carrier.
Note: We use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when assessing damage or return requests, and may be unable to honor your claim if it is not reported promptly.
### Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot make changes to the address once an order is placed. If your order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address update.
